When will I receive my order?
We know waiting for your order can be tough. We send our orders via third party Logistic Partners. Anything in stock will be shipped the next day. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday unless there is a holiday. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmations will be sent at the end of the business day. 
Please note that all new arrivals are made to order and require a minimum of 7-10 working days for dispatch. For urgent delivery, kindly specify 'urgent' in the notes section of our website during checkout. This will enable us to prioritize your order for shipment within 2 working days!

What are the delivery charges?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. For International orders, we charge INR 3600 as shipping fees. However, you can message us and our team will help you with a shipping quote, depending on the weight of your order.

Can I return or exchange my product?
We are disheartened that you want to return your product. But we have got your back, simply drop us a mail at customer@labelkuhoo.com and our executive will be happy to help you! Pls note- Items sold on sale cannot be returned. 

Till when can I return my product?
Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since you have received your parcel from Label Kuhoo, unfortunately we can't offer you a return.
