EASY 2 DAYS RETURNS

Label Kuhoo accepts returns within a 2-day period from the date your product has been delivered to you under the following conditions. 

We have a strict No Refund Policy.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Return delivery costs for products with manufacturing fault or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Label Kuhoo. Pls note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered manufacturing fault.
• 'Sale' , 'Final Sale', 'Clearance Sale' , '999 Squad' , 'Flash Sale' or 'End Of Season Sale' items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• Customised products are non refundable or exchangeable.
• Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also message us to know more details about the product if needed.
• Our liability is limited only to the Invoice Value.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, simply mail us at customer@labelkuhoo.com or drop us a DM on Instagram at @label.kuhoo and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

ONCE LABEL KUHOO RECEIVES YOUR RETURN:

• Our team will assess the product, once it reaches our warehouse.
• The amount you paid for the product(s), will be refunded to you in the form of store credit or will be exchanged, depending on the availability. The store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue 
• You will receive a courtesy email update from Kuhoo Luxe as soon as your refund has been initiated.
